LOAN SERVICER/LOAN MODIFICATION QUARTERLY REPORT

It is required that you file the Loan Servicer/Loan Modification Quarterly Report for the period of October 1 – December 31, 2011 online. The due date to file online is February 15, 2012. (An extension of one week may be granted to accommodate late filers. However, LATE FILING MAY BE SUBJECTED TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.)

Credit unions and CILA licensees no longer need comply with this report.
