TRI COUNTY INTERIM BANK/FIRST STATE BANK OF BEECHER CITY Commissioner Approves Merger of Tri County Interim Bank with and into First State Bank of Beecher City SPRINGFIELD, IL – August 20, 2002 -- Commissioner of the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate, William A. Darr, today announced the agency approved the merger of Tri County Interim Bank, Beecher City, Illinois, with and into First State Bank of Beecher City, Beecher City, Illinois. The resulting bank name will be First State Bank of Beecher City.
